If you want any more advice or information regarding Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit you can see us at any one of our three District Offices.

You can make an appointment to see a member of staff at any of our local district offices listed above by either: 

If you book you will not have to wait until a member of staff is available. You will be seen at your alloted time and we will have your case notes ready.

If you cannot attend your appointment please let us know via telephone or the DoItOnline Service so that your appointment can be given to someone else.

Benefits Adviser

Customers can get advice on which benefits they might be entitled to and an estimate of the amount they might receive with the online Benefits Adviser.
